Histopathology of prostate tissues revealed round cell malignancy, positive for Desmin and myogenin. Archer analysis was positive for PAX3: FOXO1 fusion gene. Patient wasdiagnosed as Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma of the prostate Stage IVB (cT4N1M1B-bone). He underwent Vincristine, Dactinomycin and Cyclophosphamide (VAC) chemotherapy.
